A warm welcome to Café Vux!
A selection of our specialties that we prepare for you freshly every day:
fancy cakes, homemade cookies, cupcakes or waffles with hot fruits and
whipped soya cream. At least one of the cakes is made with spelt flour.
Delicious fair-trade bio coffee, bio hot chocolate with homemade
lavender-syrup or a pinch of chilli and a variety of tea specialties.
For our drinks, we only use soy and rice milk.
Tropical smoothies made with açaí, maracujá, coconut, mango, guava,
cashew fruit, papaya or acerola cherry.
For those snacky moments …
Bagels with various toppings such as «salami»-saté, seitan-limão, guava jelly and cheese, houmous with sun-dried tomatoes, «creamcheese» or seitan sausage with smoky-habanero-mango-sauce – with loads of fresh salad, tomatoes and sprouts. Or as menu of the day various soups such as pumkin-manioc-coconut-soup, parsnip soup or fruits tomato-raspberry-soup with flavoursome homemade bread.
And of course – always something different
… everything vegan, homemade and fresh
